Step into and stay in a piece of Onset history! This home was once known as the IdleHurst Inn over 100 years ago, at the turn of the 20th century. Bring your family and your friends' families for an idyllic stay in one of the most walkable, family friendly beach neighborhoods. The house sleeps up to 14 people with a mix of beds for both kids and couples or adults.

Main Floor: ☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING AREAS ☆☆ • The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. • The dining area seats 6-8, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or fresh local seafood with family and friends. • The living room is the heart of the home, with a couch and lounge chair anchoring the space for people to gather for reading, games, or relaxing at the end of the day. • The basement has a pool table, providing an extra gathering space and activity for fans of in-real-life games. **Please note: we are continually working to improve this space and make it more comfortable and welcoming while still keeping it true to its quaint beach-town roots. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ Enjoy all the amenities of the ocean air on the back patio, which sports: • Outside dining space for up to 8 people • A gas grill for barbeque and al fresco cooking and dining. • A firepit to invite everyone outside for s’mores and nights under the stars. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ The home’s efficient use of space crafts seven (7) bedrooms that can easily accommodate 14-15 guests. Bedroom 1: plush queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: king bed, great for couples or families with very little kids Bedroom 3: king bed Bedroom 4: full-size bed, cozy for up to two people Bedroom 5: two twin beds, great for kids and solo travelers Bedroom 6: two more twin beds Bedroom 7: full size bed (sleeps 2) ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home has one full bathroom on the main floor in between two of the bedrooms, just off the living room. It features a shower/tub combo and is fully stocked with towels and basic shower essentials for your convenience. For clarity & transparency: The second bathroom is in the basement. The basement is NOT finished and is, in all sense of the word, a basement :) There is a pool table down there for those who enjoy the game! The space downstairs has space with the beach shower and a second toilet, so this serves as the **beach shower/bathroom** when everyone comes back coated in sand! This bathroom is accessible through the back door from the patio (if coming from outside adventures) or through the door in the living room, but PLEASE watch your head going down the narrow stairwell.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others). - Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked - We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. - After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in this home. - By completing the booking, you give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please be sure to check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions. - Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking. - No Parties - No Smoking - No illegal activity - Only registered guests allowed - Dogs allowed up to 50 lbs (if you have a larger dog, please contact the host for permission and arrangements)
