Our group loved this place so much! It was truly fantastic and absolutely perfect in every way! There are so many different and pleasant spaces to hang out both indoors and out. The energy of the place was great. Warm, welcoming, comfortable. Everything was spotless, and there were ample extra blankets and all the accoutrements we could possibly need for our beach retreat. It’s the best of both worlds - the bones of an older house with plenty of character and fabulously modern, comfortable and clean inside. The only caveat is that the steps to go to the upstairs bedrooms might be a little steep for a young child or an older person. We’re so very grateful to Daniel for hosting us and hope to return next year for another retreat!

I was visiting from California with my family. The place that I rented was not what was expected so I canceled. I looked for an alternative. I came across this place and booked. It was excepted to my surprise considering I was checking in less than 24 hours. When we arrived we did have problems getting the code. Daniel was easy to contact and quickly got us in. The beds were not made up and looked slept in. I washed all bedding and it was fine. I chalked it up to such a fast turn around. The house AMAZING, Daniel top notch service. The family had a blast! Will definitely be back next year. Can’t say enough

This was a great house for our family of 5 and our dog. It is a short walk to the lake and they have carts to wheel the kayaks and canoe to the lake.

Very cozy and spacious house. Really organized and we had a great time. Our dog loved the house, she was able to walk everywhere and feel right at home! The lake view and windows all around the house make it feel so magical!

We as a family of 12 felt very comfotable - the front porch was our favorite cozy gathering. Being able to walk in the morning get coffee, to the beautiful clean beac and to get dinner was convenient and stress free- thank you for a most memorable family fun vacation!

Daniel's house came in on time. We have rented another Airbnb in the area, and well, it was not the best for us. So we were able to find Dan's Airbnb right on time! It had enough space for all of us and our kids. The kids loved the pool table in the basement. The adults loved the fire pit, the front porch, and the couch on the porch. My brother and two sisters fell asleep at different times on the porch. The kids loved walking to the bay/cape, and quahogging for clams, and actually finding them, and putting them back, of course. IT was such a GREAT experience.

My husband and I rented this house for us and our wedding party for the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect. The home was beautiful and spacious. The lake access was perfect. And I've never felt so at home at an Airbnb.

Just came back from staying at Daniel’s house for a few days & house was great. There were 12 of us and it accommodated us perfectly. House was in perfect location, short walk to the beach and to restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and came equipped with everything you could possibly need. Daniel was very responsive and even allowed us to check in a few hours early. Oh and the large backyard and fire pit were great too. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed in dans airBNB the night before and after our wedding and it was perfect! Big enough for all our guests as well as space to get our hair and makeup done! Dan was very responsive and helpful.
